304 Stainless-Steel Kitchen Faucets with 25 mm Cartridges
A compact body, real-world durability, and configurations that actually solve daily kitchen tasks.
On paper, a faucet is a simple product. In a real kitchen, it does much more: it sets the rhythm of prep, cleaning, and the quiet moments in between. That’s why we build only in 304 stainless steel and choose a 25 mm ceramic cartridge—to keep the silhouette lean without giving up control, stability, or service life. The result is a family of kitchen faucets that travel well across markets and adapt to very different installs, from small city apartments to busy family homes and hospitality projects.
Why we insist on 304 stainless steel
We’ve tried other paths over the years. 304 still wins for kitchens: it resists rust, doesn’t flake like plated surfaces on cheaper alloys, and keeps the finish honest—brushed stainless looks like brushed stainless even after years of wipes and splashes. It’s also lead-free by nature and easy to keep clean. If your clients care about water quality or you ship to regions with stricter rules, this choice keeps conversations simple.
The 25 mm cartridge, and why size matters here
Large cartridges (35/40 mm) are fine, but the 25 mm core lets us design tighter geometries: slimmer columns, lighter handles, and cleaner proportions under wall cabinets. Operation stays precise. Flow and mix feel predictable. In practice, that means less visual clutter and fewer compromises when space is tight or when the design language leans minimalist.
One body, many working modes
Different kitchens ask for different water lines. We keep the body constant and let function change:
3-way (single lever: hot/cold + filtered water)
One faucet, two circuits. Great for households upgrading to filtration without drilling a second hole.4-way (dual handles: hot/cold + filtered water)
Separate drinking line with its own control—popular in markets that prefer a dedicated mixer for pot-filling vs. glass-filling.Pull-out / swivel options
For wide single basins or deep workstation sinks where reach matters.Pipe groups & threads
We support common specs (e.g., 3/8" compression or G1/2" BSP for hot/cold; 1/4" or 3/8" RO line), so distributors can stock one head and match local hoses.
Typical fitment: deck hole Ø35–38 mm, deck thickness 10–45 mm. Flow options can be set to common regional preferences (e.g., ~1.8 GPM U.S. or ~2.2 GPM global with appropriate aerators). If your project needs a different feel at the tap, we tune with inserts rather than redesign the faucet.
Finishes that travel
We begin with brushed stainless—timeless, forgiving, and easy to photograph in real kitchens. Beyond that, we offer matte black, gunmetal, and warm gold (PVD) for markets that ask for contrast or a luxe accent. Each color gets the same stainless base and careful edge finishing; corners stay crisp, not muddy.
EU / North America: brushed stainless and matte black lead specification lists.
Middle East / parts of Asia: gold and gunmetal are frequent brief lines for premium interiors.
E-commerce builds: a compact lineup (stainless + black) keeps inventory sane while covering most tastes.
Sinks, spaces, and the way people actually use them
A faucet isn’t judged alone. It sits above a large single-basin sink, a workstation ledge, a cutting board, a colander. With a single basin, the extra reach of a pull-out spray makes sense; with a tight galley, a fixed spout and 360° swivel keep the head clear of wall units. Filtration lines should route cleanly under the counter; our bodies leave room for tidy hose management so installers don’t fight for space with trash bins or RO tanks.
Where these SKUs earn their keep
Urban apartments / condos: compact handle arcs avoid backsplash collisions; 3-way mode removes the need for a second faucet.
Family kitchens: brushed stainless hides fingerprints; pull-out options speed up casserole clean-ups.
Hospitality & multi-unit: one core body, different hose kits per region—maintenance stays predictable.
What procurement teams usually ask us
Lifecycle & spares: cartridges and aerators are standard-spec; replacement parts are easy to stock.
Surface integrity: stainless base + disciplined edge finishing reduce visible wear in high-touch zones.
Boxing & kitting: hoses can ship pre-assembled per region to shrink install time (and call-backs).
Mixed orders: we allow mixed finishes/functions in one PO to match channel needs.
If you need third-party test reports (salt spray, cycle life, finish adhesion), tell us your target market and we’ll share the relevant set.
Quick spec snapshot
Body: 304 stainless steel (lead-free by composition)
Cartridge: 25 mm ceramic
Mount: single-hole (deck Ø35–38 mm typical)
Deck thickness: 10–45 mm (extenders available)
Flow & aeration: configurable inserts to meet local preferences/limits
Connections: 3/8" compression or G1/2" BSP; 1/4" or 3/8" RO line
Finishes: brushed stainless, matte black, gunmetal, warm gold (PVD), others on request
Why distributors stay with this line
Because it reduces the number of “almost right” SKUs on a shelf. One visual language, multiple water schemes, region-ready hose kits—fewer listings to manage, fewer returns, faster adoption. And since the core is 304 stainless with a 25 mm heart, the pitch to your end customer sounds the same in New York, Dubai, or Singapore.
FAQ (kept practical)
Do I need a separate drinking faucet for RO?
Not necessarily. Our 3-way/4-way builds feed filtered water through the main body. Local codes differ; if your region requires an air-gap style, we’ll advise a compliant pairing.
Will the finish scratch easily?
Brushed stainless is forgiving in daily use. Dark PVDs are tougher than paint but still benefit from non-abrasive cleaning. We can share care guides for your market.
What if my installers prefer different threads?
Order the faucet with the hose kit that matches your region. We keep both 3/8" compression and G1/2" BSP in regular production.
Can I mix finishes and functions in one order?
Yes. Many partners start with stainless + black in 3-way, then add a gold or gunmetal hero SKU after sales data comes in.
